Annealing No.1: Anneal at 760 ± 10°C, then cool in the furnace until the temperature reaches 400°C and then air-cool. The hardness is HB220 - 230.
Normalizing No.4: Normalize at 860 ± 10°C, then take it out of the furnace and air-cool.
Quenching + Tempering No.5: Quench in water or oil at 840 ± 10°C (depending on the complexity of the product shape), and then temper at 680 - 700°C. The hardness is HB < 217.
Quenching + Tempering No.6: Quench in oil at 840 ± 10°C, and then temper at 470°C. The hardness is HRC41 - 45.
